Meet Dr. Carolina Londono, DMD

Hello! I’m Dr. Londono, the dentist and proud owner of Dream Dental Winter Haven. Since 2021, I’ve been on an exciting journey to create my dream practice, and I’m thrilled to see it come to life. One of my favorite parts of this job is working alongside my amazing team to foster an environment where our patients genuinely look forward to their visits. Helping to create dream smiles brings me so much joy!

When I’m not at the office, I cherish spending time with my husband, Juan, our two young children, and our dog, Zoey. A fun fact about me is that we also have six adorable chickens that my kids absolutely adore. They bring a lot of fun and laughter to our home! I can’t wait to meet you and help you achieve your Dream Smile!

Meet Dr. Morell

Hello! I’m Dr. Morell, a General Dentist passionate about helping people feel confident through beautiful, natural- looking smiles.

I’m originally from Puerto Rico and fully bilingual, which helps me connect with patients from all backgrounds in a comfortable, welcoming way.

One of my favorite things about dentistry is combining precision and artistry to transform not just smiles, but lives. I love building genuine relationships with my patients and making every visit feel relaxed, personal, and even fun.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy discovering new restaurants, visiting local markets, and getting creative with things like making jewelry. I’m also a proud dog mom to two beautiful pups who fill my life with love (and a little bit of chaos!)

I can’t wait to meet you and help you feel great about your smile inside and out.

Meet Juan

I’m Juan, the Practice manager at Dream Dental Winter Haven. My journey here has been incredible, and I’m proud to say I’ve helped build this practice from the ground up. Every day, I have the privilege of watching our vision come to life and making a positive impact on our patients’ smiles.

One of the most rewarding parts of my job is working alongside my beautiful wife, Dr. Londono. Together, we’re not just partners in life but also in this incredible journey. It’s truly fulfilling to see us both living out our dreams and making a difference in our community together.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me taking my seaplane on joy rides and spending time with my family, traveling, or just a day at home, we’re always making memories.

A fun fact about me? I once drove a motorcycle all around South America, visiting 13 different countries! It was an adventure of a lifetime, filled with breathtaking landscapes and unforgettable experiences. I also rode my motorcycle all the way from Key West, Florida, to Deadhorse, Alaska. The journey was both challenging and exhilarating, and it taught me so much about resilience and exploration.

As I look to the future, I’m excited to continue growing Dream Dental Winter Haven with my wife and our fantastic team into a multiple practice group. Together, we’re dedicated to creating smiles and making a lasting impact on our community.

Meet Maria

Hola! My name is Maria, and I’ve worked at Dream Dental Winter Haven since the beginning. In total, I have been working in the dental industry for six years. I truly love welcoming patients with a smile and helping them navigate their insurance benefits. My favorite part of my job is being a part of their journey toward achieving their dream smile!

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our two children. We love making memories together! A fun fact about me is that I prefer eating fully organic foods- it is important for me to keep it as natural as possible.

Meet Loren

Hi, I’m Loren, a dental assistant here at Dream Dental Winter Haven! One of the best parts of my job is the amazing team I get to work with every day- they truly feel like family. I especially enjoy assisting with extractions; there’s something really satisfying about helping patients through a big procedure that can make such a big difference in their health and comfort. When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me doing Pilates or relaxing at home with my boyfriend and our two cats, Rory and Bear. I’m a big animal lover- but fun fact: I’ve been scared of birds since I was little! I’m glad to be a part of the Dream Dental Winter Haven family and look forward to helping you feel comfortable and cared for during your visit!

Meet Michelle

Hello, I’m Michelle!

I am a dental assistant here at Dream Dental Winter Haven. My favorite part of the job is creating connections with our patients, I enjoy getting to know them and listening to their stories.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and savoring a good cup of coffee.

A fun random fact about me is that Gilmore Girls is my absolute favorite show—I could binge it any day!

Meet Gabby

Hi there! I’m Gabby, and I’ve been a dental assistant since 2019, proudly working at Dream Dental Winter Haven since day one. I absolutely love the variety of patients I get to meet every day, each bringing their own unique stories and cultures. It makes my job exciting and keeps me on my toes!

When I’m not at work, you can usually find me at the gym or soaking up the sun at the beach. I cherish my time with family and friends, making memories and enjoying life. Fun fact about me, I have a dog who thinks she’s a rockstar—she loves to sing along with me! Life is never dull, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Meet Madi

Hi! I’m Madi, I’ve been a part of Dream Dental Winter Haven since January 2025. My Favorite aspect of my job is ensuring that patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s swimming, going to the beach, or going on all kinds of adventures with my boyfriend, Ashton. A fun fact about me is that I’m a FHSAA cheerleading state champion!

Meet Ailicec

Hello! My name is Aili. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist in Florida. I have the honor of working at Dream Dental Winter Haven with a group of people who have exceptional professional and human qualities. I feel a great vocation and dedication to my work, which focuses on the care and prevention of oral diseases in patients. I am deeply committed to their oral health, always striving to provide the best care possible. I am passionate about educating patients on healthy habits to prevent diseases.

Here is a little more about me: I am from Venezuela, where I worked as a Dentist for 10 years. When I am out of the office, I love spending time with my husband and our three beautiful children. I love sports, exercising, karaoke, and sharing with friends.

Here’s a fun fact about me, I was a national swimming champion in Venezuela.

Meet Kaley

Hi, I’m Kaley! I’m excited to be joining Dream Dental Winter Haven as a Dental Assistant. Before, I worked as a Dental Assistant at an endodontist’s office, and I was eager to continue growing my knowledge and skills in the dental field further than Endodontics. Outside of work, I love spending time swimming and relaxing at the beach. A fun fact about me is I used to work at Sonny’s BBQ- definitely a big shift from barbecue to teeth! I can’t wait to help all my patients achieve their Dream Smile!
